IT Resources is Hiring an IT Project Coordinator Near Tampa, FL
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the I.T. Project Team to ensure that project timelines are met effectively.
- Act as the official liaison between the Customer Success team and Technology team to ensure the fulfillment of product development and maintenance requirements.
- Utilize Jira reporting, ticketing, and knowledgebase tools to translate issues and monitor progress on QA and production releases based on matters reported by the Customer Success team, ensuring timely resolution of technical defects within SLAs and proper prioritization.
- Daily organization, prioritization, and management of JIRA requests and feature requests initiated by company stakeholders.
- Support the I.T. Project Manager in organizing and prioritizing potential bugs and product enhancements reported by company stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the I.T. Project Manager to define project scopes and establish realistic timelines for reported bugs and product enhancements.
- Assist the I.T. Project Manager in evaluating project performance from assigned Development team resources to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist the I.T. Project Manager in implementing software tools to facilitate future product development, testing/QA, and project reporting as needed.
- Conduct QA testing for potential bug fixes and product enhancements before and after project deployments, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and confirming satisfaction with the parties reporting the issues.
- Deliver technical training sessions, materials, and release notes to the Customer Success team and/or Revenue Generating team for significant product updates/enhancements.
- Provide technical support to the Customer Success team and/or Revenue Generating team for customer-facing activities such as calls, trainings, and product showcases as required.
- 2 years of experience in IT project management.
- 2 years of experience using Jira software or similar.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- EXCELLENT verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
