We are seeking a CLINCAL PSYCHOLOGIST PhD PsyD for our Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona.

Our BIOPSYCHOSOCIAL TREATMENT MODEL, which includes Counseling, Physical Therapy and Medical, is unique and highly successful.

We are a Dynamic and Growing Company with 7 Clinics in the Phoenix area and 2 Clinics in Tucson.

Along with a Very Competitive Salary, we offer:

• Earn an extra $100/hr to sign and supervise our LMSWs and LACs;
• Work Monday - Friday, 8-5 or 9-6 with a 1 hour lunch
• No evenings, weekends or on-call
