Business Analyst with ERP Background

BA with some ERP Background in one of these - NAV

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience facilitating sessions with IT and Business SMEs/Leads to review and document key business processes for review/development of quick tips/standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various ERP systems (NAV, Odoo, etc.)
• Ability to gather requirements, develop necessary documentation, and deliver.
• Expertise in assist with developing/documenting project methodology policy/procedure documentation as well as methodology.

Responsibilities:

• We have some initial documentation, but it will need to be reviewed for completeness and accuracy.
• Once documentation is complete, resource will work with PM and IT to develop solutions for providing dynamic access to the documentation so users can be self-sufficient with document retrieval.
• Resource will be paired with PM to drive documentation/testing/implementation for key projects
• Resource will assist with developing/documenting project methodology policy/procedure documentation as well as methodology
