JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an integral part of the studio operations team, Studio Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for all clients. Coordinates with all teams to ensure client needs and requests are handled with the greatest efficiency and professionalism.

Works with all departments to accomplish daily tasks/projects. Quality controls all spaces and ensures spaces are ready for next day.

Daily tasks include handling client request/inquires via email and on the phone. Coordinating projects with all departments.

Studio Coordinators maintain all studios and common spaces. Coordinating with the facilities team to clean and repair.

This position has a strong potential for growth within the department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serves as the main point of contact for clients; acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments for all requests; ensuring client needs and requests are handled with the greatest efficiency and professionalism possible.

- Coordinates with the equipment team to deliver and stage all requested EQ to studio for new and continuing clients

- Does daily walkthroughs of all spaces for quality control.

- Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing client items through our inbound/outbound software

- Gather, interpret, and transcribe information from client communications [emails, phone calls and direct conversations] regarding their studio needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong Knowledge of photo, grip, lighting, electric and production equipment

- Experience managing teams and accomplishing all projects in a timely manner.

- Knowledge of Still Photo Video digital preferred

- On-set experience a plus

-- 1 year in a Photo Venue or Rental House experience

- Ability to handle fast paced and high stress environment

- Self-starter, high-level of efficiency and organization

- Strong communication skills

- Positive attitude

- Bilingual

- Ability to lift and move minimum 50lbs

- Weekend availability a must
