Wyffels Hybrids invites you join our family as the IT Project Manager playing a crucial role in shaping and executing the organization’s IT projects related to technology modernization efforts and other on-going initiatives, such as multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning implementation using Dynamics 365 F and SC.

Job Description Highlights


  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Collaborates with Steering Committee and IT to identify define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Creates project plans and timelines.
    • Builds and allocates resources available to complete timelines based on budgets or time constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Acts as a connection between vendors, team members, and management to ensure clear communication.
    • Tracks and analyzes user account licenses between all vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identifies potential risk and develops mitigation strategies.
    • Develops clear understanding of IT initiatives to anticipate challenges.
    • Assesses impact of risk and on the company, identifying the short term and long-term impact.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Schedules meetings regarding all IT related projects across clients, vendors, and internal employees.
    • Delivers and monitors data to steering committee and IT director of timelines, shortfalls, testing requirements of projects.
    • Provides guidance, motivation, support, and leadership to project teams to optimize performance and to meet deadlines.
    • Works to resolve conflicts of interest within a positive team environment.
    • Creates necessary documentation and evaluation of closure of projects such as lessons learned, client acceptance, and opportunities of future improvement.
  • Change Management:
    • Facilitates change management practices set by steering committee, IT department, and other change management personnel.
    • Assesses impacts of change, obtain and track approvals, adjust plans accordingly all to minimize disruptions and help employees manage change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, or business administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including roles such as project coordinator or team leader.
  • Experience managing projects, preferably IT, that are of high value and had unique challenges and requirements of technology-driven initiatives.
  • Certifications are not mandatory, but PMP is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of information technology concepts, systems and tools related to an IT team such as software development methodologies, networking, cyber security practices and types of programming languages.
  • Proficiency in in Microsoft platforms and concepts: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to continuous learn in areas of Dynamics 365, Visio, Gnatt charts, and project management software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships and influence broadly across stakeholder groups.
