Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all fundraising inquiries, providing prompt and informative responses to donors and stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer care by promptly acknowledging new and departing donors with personalized communications.
• Collaborate closely with management and the communications team to craft compelling donor communications that inspire support and engagement.
• Assist in planning, logistics, and on-the-day support for fundraising and promotional events to ensure their success.
• Maintain the integrity of our donor database through accurate data inputting and provide support and training to colleagues as needed.
• Handle data inputting, amendments, report generation, and data queries to support fundraising efforts and decision-making.
• Support the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure smooth operations and campaign execution.
• Stay updated on fundraising initiatives and trends across various sectors, bringing fresh ideas and initiatives to the role.
