• Assisting donors with inquiries, donations, and support requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Building rapport with donors and supporters, cultivating positive relationships, and expressing gratitude for their contributions.
• Providing information about our fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to donors and prospective supporters.
• Processing donations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded and documented properly.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure donor information is up-to-date and accurate in our database.
• Representing our organization professionally and ethically in all interactions with donors and supporters.
