Seasonal Rodent Prevention Specialist:

• 30-40 hours per week established client base providing monthly rodent prevention services.
• Inspect landscaping around homes for rodent burrows or activity.
• Maintain fresh bait in Locking Tamper proof exterior bait stations.
• Brief training on exterior insect treatments to be able to provide if needed or as you see insect concerns on Rodent Prevention Client’s homes. (Upgrade Opportunity)
• Service area: East or West side of Madison/ surrounding communities available.
• 4 or 5 days per week.
• Option for hours into Winter if you choose or seasonal.

• Quick training to get you trained and working independently within 1-2 weeks.
• Company Vehicle supplied- Start and end from home each day. Come to shop as needed, or at minimum every Wednesday to pick up materials and attend our team trainings/ Hang out with the crew.
• All work completed through our mobile app on your phone. Company phone supplied if needed, and training provided.

Compensation:

• Starting base pay @ $20/Hour
• 10% commission on any upgrades/sales made. (Great opportunity as you see wasps, spiders, or other insects on client’s home to mention and recommend our Home Protection Program. Cross sales made are paid this 10% commission as the client is serviced over the coming year. Average commission is worth $42 the $20 instant gratification below.
• Monthly Rockstar commission bonus: Any 5 star reviews generated, or upgrades made are tallied throughout the month and paid $20 each on the 1st paycheck of the following month.
