JOB SUMMARY:

This position plays a crucial role in supporting our overall marketing team efforts, with added attention to mortgage marketing efforts by implementing a wide range of tasks, from event support and overall communication funnels for mortgage assets and website maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Content Creation and Asset Management: Responsible to write and post engaging Mortgage blogs with the help of the mortgage marketing specialist on our website to attract and inform potential clients. Helps keep the mortgage section of the tvfcu.com and/or mymortgage.tvfcu.com website updated with relevant information and resources. Work in collaboration with the Mortgage Marketer and the Creative team to ensure that headshots and bios are up to date on the mortgage team directory.
• Assist with creative assets for social, digital and other campaigns needed for Mortgage Marketing, ensuring that ample lead time is given for creative asset production.
• CRM and Email Marketing Assistance: Assists with handling Mortgage Automation funnel in Hubspot and maintain CRM, optimizing its use for email marketing strategies and other resources.
• Social Media and Digital Assets: Helps schedule mortgage-related and auto loan related content within Sprout for approval. Conducts a quarterly refresh of creatives for paid digital placements with vendors such as CS3, Times Free Press, Wadel Media and Web Strategies.
• Lead Generation Support for Marketing/ Mortgage Marketer: Assist Marketing by creating Excel lists from every event to be used for lead generation emails. Support Creative Marketing Specialist with email template set up. Work closely with the Mortgage Marketer to ensure accurate and complete event data is collected for marketing purposes.
• Event Participation As Needed: Supports Mortgage events as needed to represent the company and engage with potential clients and partners. Track attendance at mortgage events and provide post-event analysis and communications for future improvements.
• Market Research: Review Quality Loop survey data and other market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors, and use this data to refine marketing strategies
• Bit.ly / WuFoo/ Everwall Engagement: Create and track QR codes, Bit.ly links, WuFoo forms, Everwall engagement for mortgage marketing campaigns. Assist in accurate tracking of marketing efforts to gauge their effectiveness.
• Marketing Promo Item Inventory Support: Keep track of promotional give-away items for the marketing department. Maintain and organize storage area for marketing materials and promotional items.
• Assist with special projects, community involvement, and other marketing efforts as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of branch operations by attaining passing scores for all required online university courses.
• Proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability and strong relationships in every interaction with members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent workforce experience (preferred)
• 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or prior experience in mortgage marketing or a similar role (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems (Encompass preferred), and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Strong attention to details and organization skills. Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed.
