- Assist Production Management in booking travel for Production Teams across Overtime,
- OTE, OT7, OTX, and OTSelect.
- Track travel costs accurately for Production
- Coordinate NIL and Talent Travel arrangements.
- Research travel/room blocks and negotiate rates for group travel.Possess familiarity with domestic and foreign travel destinations.
- Communicate effectively in fast-paced situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within Production team
- 1-2 years of experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and knowledge of current devices
- Must be able to handle confidential information
- Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
- Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and tactfully with
- persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone.
- Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
- Technical Skills: Google Drive, G Sheets, Docs knowledge are preferred.
- Experience with travel coordinating is a plus
