Lead Residential Superintendent

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing residential construction projects from Excavation to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project milestones are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera or similar software
- Provide guidance and support to on-site staff, including foremen and laborers
- Conduct regular meetings with Project Manager to provide updates on project status
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Experience with Buildertrend
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
