The Account Coordinator's primary role is to initiate, develop, and secure community commitments for mobile blood drives and fixed site events. The Account Coordinator must be able to maintain, strengthen and develop business by seeking effective partnerships and sponsors while analyzing account potential The Account Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing territory management strategy and sponsor specific strategic approaches and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Ability to determine the needs of donors, volunteers, and co-workers; plus work in a collaborative team environment
- Result driven, self-starter who demonstrates creative problem solving skills
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Strong communication and sales skills (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Bilingual a plus
