Scheduler/Care Coordinator
Catalina In-Home Services is a locally founded and managed home care company seeking an experienced Scheduler Care Coordinator to join our administrative team. The company provides caregivers to support older adults to live at home independently. Multitasking, flexibility, excellent communication, and detail orientation are required for this vital role.
Pay: $20.00/hr. to $23.00
Workdays: 4 days

Responsibilities
Maintaining efficient and effective scheduling operations of the organization.
Responsible for overseeing clients' services and client and caregiver relationships.
Assisting clients in understanding the service and support available.
Responds to client and caregiver service issues promptly.
Must understand and ensure an exceptional client and caregiver experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of scheduling experience and customer service. Healthcare/homecare setting preferred.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong technical skills. Be detailed oriented with follow through, a team player who has demonstrated a commitment to high-quality customer service.
Must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with clients, caregivers, and team members.
Assist with intermittent on-call, including after-hour, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient in using MS Office, Gmail, Google Docs, Internet, texting, and social media for communication purposes
Critical thinker who can work and problem solve well under stressful situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
