DESIGN MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Nature Stone is the leader in the Stone & Epoxy flooring industry with an outstanding reputation, with facilities located in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo and Pittsburgh. The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help create advertising materials
• Conduct market research
• Manage daily marketing administrative tasks
• Help with audits of the marketing budget
• Ensure ads are creative, displayed, and running appropriately
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
• Graphic design tasks as needed

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to work as part of a larger marketing team to offer administrative support and fill in on essential tasks. Marketing Assistants use digital marketing software to pull various metrics related to marketing campaigns so their team can make decisions. The goal would be to optimize ad exposure and be more successful than the competition while staying within budgets and monitoring the advertising money spent and invoices from various sources. Knowledge of web analytics and graphic design background is a major plus.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• – Strong written and verbal communication skills are important
• – work with team members, vendors, and other employees to understand the needs of the Marketing Department
• – create visually appealing images and marketing materials useful to the department
• – research and report the results of the campaign
• – report campaign results using our CRM, compile data, and present it in easy-to-understand manner
• – timely organize the details and multi-tasking activities with several projects at one time
• - Must have knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Hourly Rate: $16.83 to $19.23 This is a Part time or Full-Time position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
