Primary Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to meet with customers providing knowledge and resources to help their business
• Seek out and qualify new business opportunities
• Maintain a good time-management balance between building and maintaining existing customer relationships with establishing new opportunities
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company story and our products to help differentiate us in the market
• Attend and engage with our training resources (in-person and online) to continually grow your product and sales knowledge
• Achieve and exceed sales goals in assigned territory
• Work efficiently individually, as well as effectively as a team member with branch personnel

Necessary Qualities/Skills

• Strong negotiation and objection countering skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Self-starters with a keen ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong teamwork skills
• Professional and organized
• High School Diploma

Preferred Experience

• 3 years of sales experience
• 1 year of HVAC sales experience
