The Process Engineer is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness of all manufacturing equipment and processes. The objective is to insure consistent repeatable processes that will result in a high quality and cost effect product. The Process Engineer will utilize various methods to collect, report and analyze data to identify areas of opportunity.
This person will support the Process Engineering Supervisor in evaluating and recommending new equipment and process improvement. The role will also support other departments and Customer's related to design, tools and process improvements.
The position requires interaction with production teammates across the department. It requires the ability to effectively communicate and work with others to implement continuous improvement objectives.
Zentech is a growing EMS company, both organically and through acquisition. The Bloomington facility has a lot of capacity for growth. It will be important to refine/implement processes and controls to support that growth.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust.
This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations.
