We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerosol Jet Printer Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong background in chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, applied physics, materials science, or equivalent work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and optimize electrochemical sensors using Aerosol Jet printing on silicon substrates

• Knowledge of polymers and electrochemistry

• Formulate inks for aerosol jet printing

• Perform hands-on wet chemistry experiments

• Familiarity with 3D printing programming languages

• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting

• Work in a cleanroom environment (class 100, ISO 5, or ISO 4)

• Experience in industrial integrated circuit or MEMS fab processing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
