As a Product Manager, you will act as a creative and strategic lead for product rollouts and new product initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing product and project management best practices using the company's defined process. This includes managing product scope, schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication throughout theproduct life cycle. You’ll act as a coordinator and manager for initiatives that improve our services, and have the opportunity to define future developments. Through this, you will become the “eyes and ears” of our customers, researching their pain points and crafting solutions that improve user experience.

You Will:
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and rollout plans in coordination with Marketing and various teams for: announcements, education, adoption and ongoing improvements for successful rollout and post-rollout phases
  • Inform product objectives, including project scope, business requirements, customer journeys and create compelling business cases
  • Create actionable product and business requirements, including validating requirements, for the development and engineering teams
  • Collaborate across all departments and serve as project manager to strengthen overall business position and spark innovation
  • Help lead customer research and work to understand client needs for continuous improvement
  • Act as the Product Owner for client-facing web-application initiatives and point-person to facilitate communication
  • Guide product vision and strategy discussions based on consumer feedback and relevant industry trends
  • Define new initiatives to enhance our client-facing application
You Have:
  • 5 years of digital product management experience in an agile environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to tell compelling stories based on factual research, analytics data, and experiential context
  • Experience with project management software tools (e.g., scheduling software, and bug trackers, task management tools)
  • History of decreasing defects and improve product versions based on clear requirements
  • Success launching products that solve a valid business problem with defined KPIs
  • Ability to increase user-adoption of new features and systems
  • Naturally curious and engaged product expert with the ability to influence cross-functional teams through relationship-building and diplomacy
