Job Description: Role & responsibilities:

• Design methodology, micro-architecture, RTL.
• Static timing analysis, verification/emulation support, back-end support, chip bringup.
• Work with the architecture team to develop the uArch and subsequently write the RTL.
• Synthesis, static timing analysis, equivalence checking.
• Work with the back-end team on floorplanning and other PD-related activities.
• Work with the verification and emulation teams.
• Help with chip validation, bringup, and characterization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 15 years professional experience as a hardware design engineer, SOC design engineer, hardware engineer, or related position.
• Experience must include SOC design methodology, micro-architecture, emulation and back-end development, and chip bringup.
• Experience with LPDDR controller and Phy integration, tuning and silicon/board level optimization and debug highly desired.
• Experience with silicon characterization and lab debug of high speed serial interfaces is highly desired.
• Good knowledge of LPDDR4 or 5 JEDEC spec of DDR-IO preferable

The annual salary for this position ranges from $240,000 - $305,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, qualifications, expertise, work location, total target compensation, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future.
