Monticello Asset Management is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Dallas, TX
We are currently hiring for an apartment maintenance position for a beautiful property located in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities include:
- helping maintain the property in an attractive and comfortable condition.
- assist in completion of service requests and make-ready of vacant units
- On-call in accordance with scheduling to handle emergency calls
- assist in maintaining inventory and keeping shops clean at all times
- perform preventative maintenance in the occupied units and exterior of the property
- clean up thoroughly after every job completed
- notify maintenance supervisor/property manager of any supplies needed
- perform pool maintenance as directed
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3 years of apartment industry experience
Must have own tools to perform the work given
HVAC experience is preferable

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
