The Administrative Associate is responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions and support relating to Community Action in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, data entry, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, and faxing.
Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
If you have an Associates degree in business or human services or related education and experience; effective verbal and written communication skills bilingual abilities are a plus;
excellent organizational, interpersonal and collaborative skills; self-motivated, energetic and have the ability to perform multiple tasks in a visible and often fast paced environment, we’d like to hear from you!
