Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new customer opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This position covers the SC & GA Territory (primarily SC).

Job Duties
Salespersons are required to be OEM Certified (Isuzu, Hino, & Dennis Eagle) ; must show
professional knowledge on all product lines. Other duties may include but are not
limited to: (Based on an 8 hour workday)
- Contact current customers on a regular basis for customer satisfaction
- Update CRM daily with new and current leads and opportunities
- Make at least 3 in-person appointments weekly (Tuesday – Thursday)
- Follow up daily with prospect leads
- Familiarize yourself with customers before making calls by using provided
- RigDig, MMG list, Google, Website Reviews, etc…
- Log all calls in CRM and review with sales manager weekly
- Log all expenses for customer relations and turn in with receipts to sales

- Test drive and inspect all new & used vehicles for sale
- Stays informed of current vehicle inventory and location
- Attend all sales events/meetings as scheduled
- Join local association and attend meetings regularly
- Periodically review/update the department sales objectives
- Write complete sales orders and fills out paper work according to dealership policies
- Attend product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager
- Arrange vehicle inventory on the lot in a satisfactory manner
- Verify accuracy of online inventory weekly
- Complete product training certifications/modules for OEMs
- Stay up to date on current industry related and local market information
- Assist other departments as needed
Requirements
- 2 Years of experience in prospecting & selling
- CDL License and/or willing to get a CDL
- Willing and able to travel up to 3-4 days/week
