POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for following written instructions, operating CNC machines, inspecting parts, reading micrometers and calipers, minor program edits, and machine tool and offsets.

1. Can run a manual shop tool.
2. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks.
3. Maintains a clean and safe workstation.
4. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIESĀ
1. Operate machine to run the batch of components, continually verifying that the produced parts meet all quality standards and specifications.
2. Use gauges to ensure produced components meet all specifications and requirements.
3. Make mechanical adjustments as necessary to keep parts within specifications.
4. Pack finished products as instructed.
5. Complete all needed documentation and tagging for each tub of materials.
6. Perform routine preventative maintenance on your machines. (Adding oils and fluids as needed, cleaning, and changing bits)
