Responsibilities:

-Applicant will be working every weekend on: Friday, Staurday, and Sunday 9-6

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and register

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Utilize proper customer service etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions

- Learn POS system

-Learn KY lottery sytem

- stocking product, maintaining a clean work environment

- Effectively communicate with customers and co-workers

- Upsell products or services to increase revenue

Skills:

- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions

- Excellent etiquette for clear and professional communication

-Proper cash management abilities
