Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, managing staff, and maintaining efficient front desk operations. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
-Welcome visitors and taking their information
-Choose the best room for the customer to fit their needs
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
-Ensure the guest experience is positive
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest account
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area
- Collecting payments, assist with financial transactions and settling the register at the end of the workday
- Stay updated on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
-Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel software
- Managing front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 or older
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office equipment
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
