Clinical Informatics Analyst
Full time 35 hour work week, with generous benefits
$62,000 to $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW:
Clinical Informatics Analyst is a vital member of Bridges Healthcare EIS/Clinical Informatics Team supporting the Clinical Informatics Coordinator responsible for implementing and managing Bridges Healthcare electronic health record (EHR) system and any associated applications/systems supporting our Clinical, Quality Assurance/Compliance and Administrative Staff. As a member of a small team in a fast-paced environment, this role will require both strong intellectual agility and hands-on technical skill.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in health informatics, health information management, nursing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially in clinical informatics, health information management, or IT support roles. Familiarity with clinical workflows, EHR systems, and data analysis tools.
Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis software and EHR systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to train and support clinical staff in the use of technology and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
