SUMMARY 

Directs and coordinates activities of the production department while manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or through employees. Work with Integrity, Honesty and Respect; promote Teamwork and Diversity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 

• Review production orders and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations. 
• Plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products. 
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications. 
• Review production and operating reports and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. 
• Develop and revise standard operational and working practices and supervise workers to ensure compliance with standards. 
• Supervise employees and resolve worker complaints; submit unsettled complaints GM/or HR for action. 
• Time and record keeping of all employees. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data. 
• The Company reserves the right, at any time to alter or change job responsibilities, reassign or transfer job positions, or assign additional job responsibilities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Directly supervises employees in the manufacturing area. 
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. 
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, termination and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.
