Responsibilities:
- Perform various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to: planting, pruning, mulching, and fertilizing
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Provide Shrub care services, including trimming, pruning.
- Build and maintain garden beds, including planting flowers.
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and weed control
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces through regular groundskeeping activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscapers
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and landscaping best practices
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Must have a valid drivers license with a clean record. Must pass DOT Physical and Drug Test.
