Position Overview:

Director of Quality to lead our sterile products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and sterile manufacturing processes. As the Director of Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our sterile product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with the Site Quality Head and Global Quality leadership to propose approaches in executing the strategic quality goals and ensuring alignment across the network.
• Oversight of the end to end hiring process for the Quality department. Providing performance related feedback, training and mentoring, and supports career development.
• Provides direction for Quality teams that is current with industry trends, guidelines and regulations. Responsible to ensure progress and completion of opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Designs and implements Quality improvements while ensuring high level internal / external customer support.
• Attends Site Quality Council and Lot Disposition meetings.
• Manages and tracks Key Performance Indicating Quality Metrics including compilation of monthly/quarterly deviation trending reports for site management.
• Supports Customer audits and/or Regulatory inspections.
