ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are currently searching for an Integrations Software Engineer to assist with Single Sign On integrations for customers and helping meet the custom requirements of many schools who use Single Sign On. If you enjoy back end code, working with API's, building your own tools and can communicate technical lingo well to others, we would love to hear from you.

You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following:

• Contribute to the company's mission to Eradicate Illiteracy.
• Help schools integrate with Reading Horizons-to-SSO platforms such as Clever and Classlink.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily synchronization issues with SSO platforms.
• Expand tooling to include new implementations for SSO platforms not currently supported by Reading Horizons.
• Provide advanced-level tech support.

You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

• Use your Bachelor's degree in Education Technology or related field or equivalent field experience.
• Demonstrate your 4 years experience working in Software Development.
• Provide clear and responsive communication to customers and employees.
• Work with API's to assist schools with custom integration needs either during onboarding or afterwards.
• Code at the (late mid or) senior level in C#.
• Handle SQL Queries at complex levels.
• Working with APS.NET MVC 5 is a plus.

• Advanced Tech Support Response times < 1 business day on average
• Set and achieve 1-3 stand up items per day
• Make monthly progress on improving and advancing existing SSO tooling
