ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are currently searching for a Content Specialist & Writer to join our Professional Learning Content team. Your primary focus will be to create content for Reading Horizons training. If you have passion, knowledge, and expertise in building and writing educational content, excellent communication and time management skills, are self disciplined and trustworthy, then we would love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create content for Reading Horizons training (agendas, slides, packets, other supplementary materials as needed)
• Collaborate with content team to develop and update trainings
• Collaborate with content team to develop and update modules for the Reading Horizons Online Professional Learning Course®
• Attend or watch recordings of all facilitator forums
• Conduct trainings as needed (in-field application and research)
• Conduct coaching sessions as needed (in-field application and research)
• Attend meetings pertaining to projects assigned to

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years experience teaching Reading Horizons in the classroom
• Completed all modules in the updated (2021) Reading Horizons Online Professional Learning Course® (preferred)
• Experience creating professional learning
• Familiar with creating content in Google Slides,Google Docs, and Google Sheets
