Large Chiropractic Office looking for an enthusiastic Chiropractic Front Desk Receptionist

This is a challenging position designed for the person who loves to actively help patients get better non-surgically, work with other team members, looking for a Christian environment to work in, and loves to multitask front desk receptionist duties, in a very busy environment!

Responsibilities:

• Interacting in a fast-paced environment directing patients to treatment rooms.
• Computer literate.
• Great phone skills.
• Data entry.
• Interact pleasantly with patients and other staff members.
• Working alongside and complimenting other fast paced pleasant team members in support roles when needed.
• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
• Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Schedule patient appointments and update records in office software
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
