*Windber Woods Senior Living & Rehabilitation Center*, is looking for a *LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) * for the 3P to 11P shift and 11p to 7a shift.

Candidates must have current PA nursing license and CPR Card.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
* Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident’s total regimen of care is maintained.
* Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.
* Complete accident/incident reports as necessary
* Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
* Ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.

Windber Woods Senior Living is offering a *$2,000 sign-on bonus* for full time *LPN's.* Per Diem or casual positions do not qualify for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid in increments over a specified period. Shift Differential is paid to all LPNs that work on weekdays after 3pm and weekend. Pay is based on experience and employment status,
