Windber Woods Senior Living & Rehabilitation Center, is looking for a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for the 3P to 11P shift and 11p to 7a shift.

Candidates must have current PA nursing license and CPR Card.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
• Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident’s total regimen of care is maintained.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.
• Complete accident/incident reports as necessary
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Ensure that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.

Windber Woods Senior Living is offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full time LPN's. Per Diem or casual positions do not qualify for the bonus. Bonuses will be paid in increments over a specified period. Shift Differential is paid to all LPNs that work on weekdays after 3pm and weekend. Pay is based on experience and employment status,
