In this role, you will:

• Own the customer funnel: Manage and optimize the lead generation process, ensuring a seamless experience for homebuyers.
• Close deals: Convert leads into satisfied customers by leveraging your sales expertise and real estate knowledge.
• Lead a high-performing team: Motivate and coach your team to achieve sales goals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Vendor management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of vendors, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Possess a strong understanding of the real estate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
• Real Estate License (active) and a strong understanding of the home buying process.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and build trust, billingual skills are a plus!
