Moonlight Mountain Recovery is Idaho’s premier addiction treatment center. Open position: We have an exciting job opening for a full-time Outreach Specialist. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

Location: This position will be in the Southeast Idaho area.

Job Summary: The Outreach Specialist will develop and maintain relationships within the community with direct outreach, field marketing, and attendance at community events. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

  • Two years of sales experience working in mental health or substance abuse, or equivalent sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, flexible, team player.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient navigating CRM platforms.
  • Must have transportation & valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to travel.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

· Developing strong partnerships with school districts, juvenile systems including corrections and foster care organizations, private practitioners, and other stakeholders.

· Developing relationships with existing and potential community partners, referring providers, potential clients, and other stakeholders with direct outreach, field marketing, attendance at community events, meetings, and workshops.

· Developing a strong internal relationship with staff, admissions, and the clinical teams for a high level of collaboration.

· Build out an area resource list for any step-downs and/or referrals to the community, based on vetted community partnerships.

· Follow any KPI standards set by the Director of Business Development, with weekly follow-ups and individual market processing, structure, and best practices.

· Update the CRM platform will any new or existing communications, including following up on vetted and new accounts daily.

· Answering phone calls from either referral partners, potential clients, or new contacts.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Conditions of Employment:

If you are a self-identified person in recovery from a substance use disorder, you must have a minimum of (1) one year sobriety.

Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
