Our Recovery Specialists are given the skills needed for contacting consumers via telephone to inform, negotiate, and collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
SKILLS

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively and professionally communicate with your peers and Client Services via email and on the floor.
• Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios while managing one's own emotions throughout the call and on the collection floor.
• Self-motivated individual with strong customer service attitude.
• Computer, communication and math skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication along with good analytical skills of situations.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• One (1) year customer service or collections experience preferred.
