Responsibilities:

• Manage files, escrow, pay taxes and insurance.
• Monitor escrow accounts to work with members on modification
• Process files
• Order title work and appraisal
• Service in house

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and investment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
