This position will be based out of our office's in Champaign, IL, Peoria IL. This position may have the option to work from home on most days while traveling into the office or to events as needed. Position Summary
Primary responsibility is to assist the Home Care Regional Manager in planning, directing, monitoring and supervising regional office staff. Provides direct supervision to assigned regional office staff. May provide care coordination services within an assigned geographic area as necessary.

Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position, may be required.
Additional education, training and/or work experience in the area of specialization:
Bachelor's Degree in either nursing, social work, speech pathology, or related field.
At least one year of experience in either nursing, social work, speech pathology, or related field.
