Objectives: Provide support to the Retail Managers. Keep the register stations flowing and organized. Process returns and warranties. Review pickup and delivery orders. Assist with maintaining the retail store: stocking, display, signage, and cleanliness.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the register stations
o Become an expert at all register functions
o Direct customer flow, work the lines and keep the customers happy
o Review all pickup and delivery orders
o Troubleshoot problems: frozen screens, printers, technical errors, paper
o Maintain customer information handouts

Diffuse upset customers
o Listen and answer questions
o Process returns and warranties
o Maintain a positive and helpful attitude

Customer Service
o Greet and assist walk-in Retail and Wholesale customers
o Manage and organize customer pickup orders

Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
o Registers and signage
o Information Books and Binders: Gift Certificate, Pick-Up, and other

Cash Management
o Be able to do all store opening and closing procedures
o Dailies, Reconciliation, Deposit
o Assure cash handling procedures are followed

Sales, Displays, and Merchandising
o Answer phones
o Assist with opening and closing procedures
o Restock displays and keep all store areas clean
o Make sure items are priced and organized
o Maintain informational signage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
