Brilliant is looking for an Inventory Lead to join our warehouse team in Waukegan, IL.

Think: newsworthy press kits, welcome gifts for new hires, merch sets to promote a product launch, or simply giveaways that people love.

We are currently looking for someone able to work the 9 AM-5:30 PM shift.
Duties:

• Assist Inventory Manager in leading day-to-day operations of the inventory team
• Train new and existing inventory team members
• Help analyze opportunities and make recommendations on areas of improvement
• Lead inventory cycle counts and projects as needed
• Assist with facility needs; such as stocking bathrooms, cleaning break rooms, etc.
• Opening and closing as needed

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• 6 months experience in a leadership role
• Previous inventory experience
• Flexible with schedule; willing to work overtime when needed
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Able to prioritize and multitask in a high stress environment
• Proven ability to problem solve
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with a WMS
