JOB SUMMARY :
Medline's ReadyCare facility in Waukegan, IL has an immediate opening for Inventory Coordinator ! The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all inventory adjustments, error queues, and other inventory issues researched and reconciled to maintain the highest level of inventory accuracy within a Medline distribution center.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Schedule and conduct and review cycle counts; slot checks.
- Performs physical inventory adjustments in SAP to correct errors.
- Manages all non-storage bin locations.
- Scrap order processing.
- Communicate with warehouse team members and other functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Operate MHE (material handling equipment) as necessary.
- Solution disposal of materials.
- Production / warehouse supply inventory management.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years inventory experience in a warehouse / distribution center or similar facility.
Previous experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise and warehouse management systems required.
Additional :
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be a team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing business environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements :
- Move product, supplies, and boxes up to and over 50 lbs.
- Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, hearing, visual acuity-near and far, depth perception, field of vision, color vision.
