Position Summary:
CAHOOTS operates as a 24-hour component of the local public safety and 911 dispatch system in Eugene and Springfield, delivering humanistic mental health and basic medical services. The Crisis Intervention Worker works in a mobile crisis intervention team of two, alongside a trained Medic. The Crisis Intervention Worker conducts mental health assessments, provides crisis counseling, and gives referral and voluntary transport to other social service providers.

Compensation Details:
This is a non-exempt position with target starting base compensation of $18 per hour paid on a bi-weekly basis.
In addition, this position qualifies for a competitive health and welfare package and generous paid time off opportunities.
