Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly welcome
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or front desk role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
