CTI Clinical Trial Services is Hiring a Specimen Kit Associate Near Cincinnati, OH
What You'll Do
Maintain a working knowledge of different types of collection tubes and kits, e.g., blood collection tubes, aliquots
Maintain kitting department and create an organized workflow to ensure accurate kit building
Assemble kits and all required documentation; participate in the quality control process of the kits according to the lab kit specifications and company SOPs
Fulfill kit orders in conjunction with Project Management to ensure on-time delivery
Assist in tracking of kits and inventory management as requested
Attend meetings as needed
What You'll Bring
Ability to lift upwards of 30 pounds when handling materials/supplies
Must have knowledge of telephone, fax machine, copier, and other general office equipment
Understanding the workings of a kit building department
Able to work in a regulated environment
Ability to follow SOPs with attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate information associated with assigned tasks
Ability to analyze and problem-solve basic issues
Ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods of time
Ability to work in team environment
High School diploma or GED
Able to work in high volume environments
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical, or related fields preferred but not required
Global knowledge of Laboratory Kitting Services preferred but not required
