Protocol Agency is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing Near Red Bank, NJ
A leading healthcare provider of Sub-Acute and long-term care is currently searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to work with the Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing department and help facilitate the recruiting, training, and onboarding of new nursing staff.
Requirements:
· Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
· Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN License
· 2 to 3 years of previous experience working in a long-term care facility
· Experience working with nursing personnel to help establish standards, practices, and regulatory requirements
· Background with overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets
· Strong communication skills and a good track record working with nursing staff and family
