Card Services Processor Credit Union Valencia

Our client, a credit union located in Valencia, is seeking two Card Service Processors, starting as Temps, to assist with research, monitoring and reconciling general ledgers monthly to ensure accurate recording for accounting. You will be responsible for completing all necessary reporting and tasks associated with locating GL discrepancies, ensuring funds have moved to and from member accounts and closing out claims. You will verify compensation for all chargebacks and arbitration filings, ensure funds have moved for chargebacks, re-presentments and arbitrations, and process chargebacks related to fraud: including uploading documentation to MasterCard, reporting fraudulent transactions to MasterCard SAFE, and review of chargeback denials.

*Must be knowledgeable of MasterCard, Pulse, REG E and Reg Z rules and timeframes.

*We require a minimum of two years’ experience working in Card Services Processing at a credit union or bank.

Salary range: $25 -$35 per hour, possible temp to hire.
