Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Corporate & Field Operations recruiting and hiring efforts
- Compile reports from personnel databases
- Provide HR & Corporate office support as needed
- Conduct employment pre-screening efforts (via applicants and phone/video interviews)
- Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
- Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources and Recruiting
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual
