The Senior Network Administrator works directly with our APH IT team to provide top quality timely support to our end users. This position will also provide service desk support and system administrator support. This position will also work closely with the IT Director on infrastructure solutions and design.

• Oversee cross-functional projects.
• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion including business requirements, project plan and project tracking.
• Provide direction and coordination of activities to ensure that project deadlines are met.
• Administer every aspect of the IT environment including but not limited to computer, storage, networking, telecom, security, and cloud technologies.
• Perform systems maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and administration.
• Lead efforts for the performance, uptime, and protection of the environment.
• Manage Virtual VMWare Environment.
• Manage telecom environment including Cisco Call Manager and Call Center.
• Develop, document, and standardize preventative maintenance routines to ensure system availability and performance standards on production systems.
• Manage Linux environment and assist with dev-ops infrastructure.
• Manage networking environment including Ruckus Wireless, Cisco Core, Meraki Switching, and SD-WAN in an HA environment.
• Develop and document policies and procedures.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the help desk and assist help desk on tasks during high ticket volume.
