Description
We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated Associate to join our Social Media & Marketing team. This is an entry-level role into social media and marketing. Candidate must be willing to work at all 3 of our locations - downtown Nashville, Cool Springs Galleria and Murfreesboro (The Avenue). This role has dual responsibilities, working in our cafe 20 hours/week as a Crew Team Member (interfacing with customers) and supporting our social media and marketing/business development platform 5 - 15 hours/week remotely. While in the store supporting our business, tips are included which generally average between $10-12/hour.
Job Requirements, Skill Sets & Experience:
•Support and work closely with the Social Media Manager for the following:

• Social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
• Develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measure a campaign's performance against the KPIs
• Leverage LinkedIn as a sales tool to build out our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
• Develop digital marketing campaigns via our CRM
• Drive new customer relationships and support additional revenue streams though reaching out to customers and taking orders

•Should be familiar with or have experience with the following software and platforms:

• Canva
• Later
• Powerpoint
• Microsoft Excel
• Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Customer Review Platforms (Google, Yelp, Trip Advisor)
• Shopify
• HubSpot
